The Masterplan takes into consideration every aspect of a blooming human settlement coexistent with nature. The integrated parks, water bodies, landscape, trees, plantations, lighting and services have been integrated very intelligently in the project to reduce the carbon value of elements. The design nurtures the requirements of  children, youth , adults and the elderly, by astutely incorporating all aspects of their needs, by providing apt facilities.

 

Featuring more than 100 villas nestled on a lush green landscape on an expansive acres of land, each villa pays homage to luxurious Mediterranean architecture, drawing in elements of its rich colonial architecture. The Mediterranean theme relies on villas with low, sloping roofs, with bright terra cotta roof tiles that provide extra shade to stay cool and breezy in a hot climate.

 

Aura consists of four types of villas namely Luxe Villas, Premier Villas, Classic Villas and Cozy Villas. Great care has been taken to make each villa suite special by incorporating Mediterranean and colonial architectural features. All the villa suites of one, two and three bedrooms are fully self-contained with living and dining rooms and breezy private verandahs with beautiful views. The infrastructure is so planned that any personal from any corner of the globe will have the utmost comfortability to dwell within.
